Susana Carella

Executive Assistant

Susana joined Omega Funds in 2025. She provides administrative support to Otello Stampacchia. Before joining Omega, Susana spent two decades in the investment industry with GALY, Atlas Venture, and Thomas Lee Partners, where she supported the CEO, founding partner, and co-president, respectively. She has extensive experience in event management and strategic planning.
Susana holds a Master of Arts in Human Development, Psychology from Boston University, and a BA in Psychology from Montclair State University.
