Operations Assistant
Kaitlyn joined Omega Funds in 2026. She supports the firm’s Operations team, with a focus on office coordination and improving internal workflows. She also works closely with teams across Omega to provide support for legal, investor relations, finance, and administrative functions.
Before joining Omega, Kaitlyn developed her professional skills through many different internship experiences. She is also a volunteer at the New England Aquarium.
Kaitlyn is a graduate of Northeastern University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with concentrations in Finance and International Business.
