Deputy General Counsel
Jonathan joined Omega Funds in 2025. As Deputy General Counsel, Jonathan supports Omega’s legal and compliance functions, with a focus on transactions, fund operations and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Omega, Jonathan was a corporate associate at Ropes & Gray LLP in Boston, where he represented emerging companies, private equity sponsors and venture capital investors in the structuring and negotiation of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and minority equity investments in a broad range of industries, including healthcare and life sciences.
Jonathan holds a J.D. from the New York University School of Law, an M.A.L.D. from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and a B.S.B.A. from the Boston University School of Management.
