Heather joined Omega Funds in 2018. She provides cross-functional support to all Omega teams, including investment, investor relations, finance, legal, compliance, and human resources. Heather focuses on team development, process improvement, and streamlining internal operations to support the firm’s continued growth.
Prior to Omega, Heather was a program manager at Horizons for Homeless Children. She earned her MPA from Bridgewater State University in 2017 and holds a BA in Political Science.
